Returns

• Due to the rarity and hygiene standards of cosmetic products, returns and exchanges are not accepted once an order has been shipped or opened.
• If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 2 days of delivery with clear photos and your order number.
• Our Girly Glow Team will review your claim and, if approved, issue a replacement or refund at our discretion.

Refunds

• Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days after confirmation.
• Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
